Dentists can make the most money working for insurance carriers, according to new data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
The federal agency released updated salary information to reflect 2023 data April 3.
Here are the top-paying industries for dentists:
Insurance carriers: $202,720
Individual and family services: $198,120
State government, excluding schools and hospitals: $197,960
Other ambulatory healthcare services: $197,940
