Colorado Springs-based Smile Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry reported an outbreak July 22, according to El Paso County Public Health data. Five employees have tested positive for the virus, according to a company Facebook post.
The second outbreak was reported July 31 at a Colorado Springs Pediatric Dentistry office, with two employees testing positive for COVID-19, according to a company Facebook post.
