3. Use teledentistry. Experts recommend offering a 10-minute teleconsultation with reluctant patients to help relax any anxiety they may have.
4. Offer oral hygiene and health tips. Use different media channels to educate patients on the relationship between oral health and overall health, and offer tips on maintaining a good cleaning regimen between appointments. Remind reluctant patients of the importance of regular care and why they shouldn’t let too much time pass before booking their next appointment.
