Here are three dental practices that were the first in their states to use the Yomi dental implant robot for the first time, as reported by Becker's since Feb. 28:
1. A practice in Topeka, Kan., is the first Aspen Dental affiliate and first in the state to use the Yomi dental implant robot system.
2. Periodontics and Implant Dentistry in Sunset Hills, Mo., led by Justin Schlaikjer, DDS, is the first practice in the state to use the Yomi dental implant robot.
3. Jonas Gauthier, DDS, of Today's Dental in Pineville, La., is the first in the state to offer robot-assisted dental implant surgery using the Yomi system.
