The two patents relate to Dental Monitoring’s DM Scanbox, a device which can remotely scan the arches of a patient’s mouth, according to an April 21 news release.
The lawsuit was filed with the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, the release said.
Dental Monitoring has more than 400 employees across 18 countries worldwide.
