Convergent Dental and Patterson Companies entered into an agreement for Patterson Dental to be the exclusive distributor of Convergent's Solea laser in North America.
The Solea laser allows dentists to perform anesthesia-, blood- and pain-free procedures in hard and soft tissue.
Through the partnership, Patterson will aim to increase adoption of the laser by dental practices, according to a Jan. 16 news release.
Patterson Companies and Convergent Dental have worked together as partners since 2016, the release said.
