The Reva material is the thinnest aligner material available and is 17% thinner than other brands, according to a Sept. 17 news release.

In clinical evaluation pilot studies involving more than 2,700 patients and 70 orthodontists, over 90% of orthodontists reported that their cases were tracking according to plan.

The new material is available for all uSmile aligner, template and retainer products made at uLab’s manufacturing facility in Memphis, Tenn., the release said.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place November 12–14 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
