Perceptive is a dental imaging, AI and robotics company, led by Dr. Chris Ciriello, DDS, according to a Jan. 15 news release.

The company’s intraoral scanner is powered by optical coherence tomography, allowing dentists to see beneath gums and inside the tooth. This technology leads to increased precision in diagnosis, case acceptance and treatment.

Dental Innovation Alliance’s investment will help Perceptive bring innovations to market, the release said.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place November 12–14 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
