Dental inventory intelligence platform lands $300M private equity investment

Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Mashura, a dental inventory intelligence company, entered into a $300 million strategic partnership sponsored by Warburg Pincus.

Mashura’s smart cabinet technology helps dental practices streamline operations by improving inventory management, according to a Jan. 7 news release. 

Zimbis, one of the company’s specialized brands, serves the dental industry. 

Mashura will focus on expanding its customer base across the U.S. and globally. 

Warburg Pincus is a private equity firm with more than $86 billion in assets under management, the release said.
