S.I.N. recorded more than $60 million in sales in 2022 and is one of the leading dental implant manufacturers in the country, according to a May 4 news release.
Henry Schein is acquiring the manufacturer from Southern Cross Group, a private equity fund manager focused on Latin America.
The acquisition must be approved by Brazil’s Administrative Council for Economic Defense and is expected to close by the end of 2023, the release said.
