The partnership aims to provide NFL players with sleep apnea screenings and treatment through the association’s mobile clinics, according to a Feb. 8 news release from Ori.

During recent mobile clinic events, Ori scanned more than 50 players. The scans were then passed to Gergens Dental Lab to create sleep apnea devices.

Ori’s intraoral scanning approach has replaced traditional silicone impression methods, reducing the device fabrication time and improving scan accuracy, the release said.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place September 14-15 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
