Tennessee dentist performs 1,000 robotic implants

Michael Costa, DDS, has performed 1,000 dental implants using the Yomi robot.

Dr. Costa practices at Knoxville (Tenn.) Smiles, providing a variety of services with an emphasis on oral surgery and implants. 

Neocis’ Yomi Robotic Dental System is the first FDA-cleared, robot-assisted dental surgery system in the U.S. The robot helps increase the speed, efficiency and accuracy of dental implant procedures.
