Dental product manufacturer Ultradent recently acquired Azena Medical.
Azena Medical develops clinical laser products, including the Gemini soft tissue diode lasers.
Jonathan Luo, the co-founder and COO of Azena Medical, said in a June 5 news release that the transaction allows the company to scale its laser and photobiomodulation programs.
Azena Medical’s leadership and engineering teams will continue to operate under Ultradent to ensure continuity, according to the news release.
