Here are five dentists making headlines.

Portsmouth (N.H.) Dental Studios dentist Brian Hunter, DDS, was suspended from practicing after the New Hampshire Board of Dental Examiners found Dr. Hunger breached infection control protocols.

DeWayne Smith was awarded $275,000 after a jury found Steven Nguyen, DDS, and Western Dental liable for wrongfully removing all of Mr. Smith's teeth.

David Wicks, DDS, joined High Street Dental in Bar Harbor, Maine.
