Here are three insights:

1. Costa Rica Dental Guide also ranked Goodness Dental as the No. 1 dental clinic in Costa Rica. The organization ranked 125,945 dental clinics around the world, comparing facilities, expertise, outcomes and patient reviews.

On a global scale, Goodness Dental ranked No. 16 and was the highest ranked dental clinic in Central America.

2. Guatemala-based Goodness Dental was listed among Guatemala Dental Guide's best clinics in the nation.

3. Global Clinic Rating listed the dental tourism practice with the highest level of expertise and as the best overall facility. On the global scale, Goodness Dental was No. 33 of 126,000 clinics.

Patrick Goodness, CEO of Goodness Dental, told NBC 12, "As an American-owned dental clinic, we set high standards for patient care and we make sure every patient receives the most personal attention as possible. We pick our patients up at the airport, help them plan their hotel accommodations and even help them plan special events."
