3. Ms. Margulies brings 35 years of information technology experience to the board. She serves as the vice president and chief information officer for Harvard University in Boston. As a Henry Schein board member, she will serve on the board's regulatory, compliance and cyber security risk management sub-committee.
4. They succeed Donald Kabat and Lawrence Bacow, PhD, who did not stand for reelection.
5. Henry Schein's board comprises 15 directors, including 10 independent directors.
