Riverdale Healthcare, a newly developed investment group focused on dentistry, has acquired Archway Dental Practice in Stokesley, North Yorkshire, England, according to a Sept. 3 news release.
The acquisition follows the purchase of two other local dental offices. Riverdale Healthcare is focused on expanding its footprint in northeast England.
Archway Dental plans to use the investment to expand its number of treatment rooms and offerings to patients.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
