A North Carolina dentist had his license revoked by the state dental board for incompetence and malpractice in the care of 19 patients, according to WECT 6.

The state dental board conducted an investigation after receiving multiple complaints, some dating back more than 10 years, about Albert Bozart, DDS, of Wilmington, N.C.-based Bozart Family Dentistry.

The board found, in one case, Dr. Bozart overfilled the canal of a patient's tooth during a root canal. Another patient claimed Dr. Bozart left decay in a tooth after filling it.
