The program includes a recovery kit with supplemental infection control and personal protective equipment items; online training and safety protocols from the Henry Schein Dental Resource Center; best practices for patient reengagement through customized email and social media campaigns; utilizing eStatements with online bill pay and booking; help attracting new patients; guidance setting up a virtual waiting room process; discounts on items; and a Henry Schein practice analysis to understand the practice's financial health, among other things.
