Dental hiring service TempStars launched a new job board to provide dental offices a cheaper alternative to recruiting more talent, according to a May 27 press release.
The job board uses a pricing model and an algorithmic-based recommendation score to help offices select candidates. Dental offices using the job board can also see a star score given to candidates based on how previous offices they have worked with have rated them, education information and membership status given to candidates based on various criteria.
Unlike other hiring companies, TempStars does not charge a hiring fee for using its service but does sell tokens that can be used to view resumes. For example, dental offices can pay $18 for one token that allows them to view one resume.
TempStars is based in Toronto and serves dental offices throughout Canada and the U.S. The company currently serves offices in multiple cities throughout Colorado and Pennsylvania.
