Nine endodontic updates for dental leaders:
1. The amount of endodontists in the U.S. increased 41 percent from 2001 to 2021.
2. U.S. Endo Partners added Sioux Falls, S.D.-based Wiswall Endodontics to its network.
3. There are 4,334 active endodontists in the U.S. as of January.
4. U.S. Endo Partners added Spanish Fork, Utah-based Maple Ridge Endodontics to its network.
5. California has the most endodontists of any U.S. state, while Wyoming has the fewest.
6. Endo1 Partners pledged $500,000 to the Foundation for Endodontics to support financial assistance for residents and academic leaders.
7. U.S. Endo Partners added Stockbridge, Ga.-based Eagles Pointe Endodontics to its network.
8. Endo1 Partners acquired Bloomfield, Mich.-based endodontic group Endodontic Associates.
9. U.S. Endo Partners added Shelby Township, Mich.-based Orchard Endodontics to its network.
