Charles Stamitoles, DDS, a Pensacola, Fla., dentist, has been arrested for the fourth time in just over two months, ABC affiliate WEAR-TV reported July 30.

Dr. Stamitoles was arrested and put in Escambia County Jail in Pensacola on July 29 on a charge of battery, WEAR-TV reported.

Dr. Stamitoles was arrested May 27 after being accused of inappropriately touching an employee in multiple incidents at his dental practice, Stamitoles Dental Center in Pensacola. He was arrested again June 2 and a third time June 17. He faces four battery charges of inappropriately touching an employee and three patients.

The Florida Department of Health restricted his dental license June 22, barring him from practicing dentistry on female patients.
