4 dental acquisitions in December

Here are four dental industry acquisitions that took place in December: 

1. Dental lab company Dandy acquired Neem, a dental practice management software company.

2. The University of California San Francisco acquired two buildings next to its Mission Bay, Calif., campus to upgrade its dental school. 

3. Dental AI company Overjet acquired DentalBee, a voice-enabled clinical documentation platform. 

4. Trinity (Fla.) Dental Arts was sold for $4.15 million and leased back.
