Trinity (Fla.) Dental Arts, a dental practice in Trinity, Fla., has been sold for $4.15 million and leased back.

The facility was acquired by the buyer as a long-term net-leased investment, according to a Dec. 1 news release CrownPoint Partners, who represented the sellers.

The sale-leaseback structure of the transaction will provide the dental practice with operational flexibility and capital liquidity.

Xhoana Gjelaj, DMD, leads Trinity Dental Partners, according to its website.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place September 14-15 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
