1. Teresa Poorman-Maaske, DDS, retired from the Tooth Fairy Pediatric Dental Clinic in Kearney, Neb., after more than 33 years of practice.
2. Thomas Boreman, DDS, retired from Smithville Family Dentistry in Ohio after being in practice for 47 years.
3. Howard Howell, DDS, retired at the end of January from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine after serving the school for more than 45 years.
4. William Lobb, DDS, dean of Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee and the longest-serving dental school dean in the U.S., will retire June 30.
