1. A North Carolina dentist and his wife purchased a building for $1.3 million to house a new dental practice. The dental practice is slated to open this summer.
2. A dentist purchased a medical office building in Shrewsbury, Mass., for $2 million. The 5,514-square-foot building was acquired by Milford Downtown, which is managed by Patrick Assioun, DMD. Dr. Assioun is the founder and CEO of Passion Dental Services, a DSO that supports offices in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut and New York.
3. Marianna Kovitch, DDS, of Buckhead Dental Group in Atlanta, asked Cobb County officials for permission to rezone a property from residential to low-rise office for her dental practice. The property is listed for sale at $1.25 million.
4. A building housing two dental offices in Wentzville, Mo., was purchased as part of a $3.6 million property deal.
