1. Avenel, N.J.-based Eastern Dental Management was acquired by Branford Castle Partners, a private equity firm.
2. Archimed, a healthcare-focused private equity firm, entered an agreement to acquire ZimVie, a dental implant manufacturer, for $730 million.
3. Private equity firm Patient Square Capital acquired Patterson Companies for $4.1 billion.
4. AGIC Capital, a private equity firm focused on healthcare technologies, acquired Solmetex, a provider of dental products, systems and consumables.
