Eastern Dental Management is a DSO with 20 practice locations throughout New Jersey, according to a Jan. 10 news release.
Branford Castle Partners acquired the DSO from an affiliate managed by Staple Street Capital, another private equity firm.
Eastern Dental Management’s existing management team will remain with the company.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed, the release said.
