2. Henry Schein purchased a majority ownership stake in France-based dental supply group Biotech Dental.
3. New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Dental365 acquired Amboy Dental Arts and Twenty-First Century Dental, both in New Jersey.
4. Bangor (Maine) Children's Dentistry purchased Community Dental, a Rumford-based dental clinic that was slated for closure due to staffing shortages.
