3. Effingham, Ill.-based Heartland Dental is building a $1.5 million practice in Katy.
4. DentaQuest launched myDentaQuest, an app that allows Medicaid and CHIP members to manage DentaQuest benefits, in Texas.
5. Fort Worth, Texas-based Brident Dental & Orthodontics opened a practice in Fort Worth, its 129th location in the state.
6. Southlake, Texas-based Phase1 Equity added its first Texas practice.
