Effingham, Ill.-based Heartland Dental is building a $1.5 million practice in Katy, Texas, according to a project filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Registration.
Construction on the 4,200-square-foot location is expected to start Aug. 1 and be completed by Feb. 1, 2024.
Heartland Dental is the largest DSO in the U.S., with more than 1,650 practices.
