A Wisconsin dental practice recently closed one of its locations after the main dentist relocated, hngnews.com reported Dec. 22.
Warren Family Dental closed its Cottage Grove office Dec. 21 after 13 months of operation because it was unable to find a replacement dentist. All existing appointments have been moved to the practice's main location in Madison.
The practice's Madison office has been open since 2002, the news site reported.
