Kristen Kenner, DDS, a dentist in North Dakota, is retiring after 39 years of practicing, according to a Feb. 13 report by Devils Lake Journal.
Dr. Kenner opened her practice in Devils Lake, N.D., in 1985, when the state only had 300 dentists.
Sarah Cavanaugh, DDS, will be taking over as the full-time dentist at the practice.
Dr. Kenner is going to work with Bristol Bay Area Health Corporation in Dillingham, Alaska. She plans to keep her license active for two more years, the report said.
