Seven dentists currently lead five of the fastest-growing dental companies in 2024.
Five dental practices and DSOs were recently included on the Inc. Regionals 2024 list. The list ranked 1,132 privately held companies that experienced the most growth between 2020 and 2022.
Meet the leaders of each company:
Matthew Haddad, DMD, and Daryl Dudum, DDS. Founders and Co-CEOs of Specialty1 Partners (Houston): The two founders lead the organization's 350 specialists and more than 200 locations in 27 states.
Janice Liao, DMD, and George Shiao, DMD. Owners of Dublin (Calif.) Smiles Dentistry: Dr. Liao and Dr. Shiao lead dental offices in California. Dr. Liao earned her dental degree from Temple University in Philadelphia and completed a general practice residency at University Medical Center in Fresno, Calif. Dr. Shiao earned his dental degree from Temple University, where he also previously served as a clinical instructor.
Mary Regina Pham, DDS. Founder and CEO of Lollipop Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics (Costa Mesa, Calif.): Dr. Pham founded her practice in 2012 and leads the company's seven locations throughout California. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
Tim Richardson, DDS. Founder and Owner of Acorn Dentistry for Kids (Silverton, Ore.): Dr. Richardson leads a practice with six locations throughout Oregon. He has about a decade of experience as a pediatric dentist.
Chris Steven Villanueva, DMD. Founder and CEO of MB2 Dental (Carrollton, Texas): Dr. Villanueva founded MB2 Dental in 2007. The dental partnership organization has grown rapidly in the last couple of years, now supporting more than 700 practices and most recently entering its 40th state.
