The nine properties are located in New Mexico, Arizona, Georgia, Colorado, Mississippi, Texas, and Alabama, according to a June 5 news release.
With the additions, National Dental Healthcare REIT’s total portfolio encompasses 174 locations across 21 states.
National Dental Healthcare REIT is a member of the Thurston Group portfolio, a private equity firm that includes DSOs such as Smile Doctors, U.S. Oral Surgery Management and Gen4 Dental Partners.
The transaction was finalized March 22, 2024, the release said.
