Here are three dental industry mergers and acquisitions Becker’s reported on in July: 

1. Kleer and Membersy, two dental membership plans, rebranded as a newly merged company named Clerri. 

2. Gabriel Holdwick, DDS, acquired the dental practice of James Hirn, DDS, in Harbor Beach, Mich.

3. Dental implant manufacturer ZimVie entered an agreement to merge its operations with Archimed, a healthcare-focused private equity firm.
