2. Rachel Halpern, DDS, opened Excel Endodontics, a dental practice in Marlboro, N.J., in September.
3. Kyrslyne Thomas, DMD, opened Elora Dental Studio in Pearland, Texas, in August.
4. Lowcountry Family Dentistry, led by Jordan Brown, DMD, opened in Murrells Inlet, S.C.
5. Zack Miller, DDS, opened a practice in an office that was previously abandoned by another orthodontist.
6. David Fisher, DDS, opened his second dental practice location in The Woodlands, Texas.
