Overland Park, Kan.-based Aria Care Partners has acquired Macon, Ga.-based Sanford Dental, Sanford Vision and Dynamic Mobile Dentistry.
Sanford provides onsite dental and vision care to about 200 skilled nursing facilities across Alabama and Georgia, according to a Feb. 26 news release from Aria Care Partners.
Aria will retain Sanford’s care providers, account staff and other client-facing teams to avoid breaking the continuity of care.
The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
