A grand jury indicted a man in Atlanta who has been accused of performing cosmetic dental procedures without a dental license, according to a Dec. 11 report from WSB-TV 2 Atlanta.
Brandon Dillard, who called himself a “top veneer specialist” was arrested in 2024 and charged with practicing dentistry without a license.
The state dental board sent Mr. Dillard a cease and desist letter at the start of 2024, but he continued to perform cosmetic and veneer procedures.
The indictment lists more than 100 counts against Mr. Dillard, including one count of violation of the Georgia RICO Act, 54 counts of theft by deception, 24 counts of practice of dentistry without a license and two counts of practice of medicine without a license, the report said.
