Groton (Mass.) Wellness Medical, Dental, Spa and Cafe was significantly damaged after a car crashed into it Sept. 5, the Lowell Sun reported.
The driver of the car was reportedly traveling parallel to the practice and attempted to pull into a parking space when the car suddenly accelerated, causing it to slam into the building. Police officers and firefighters responded to the crash around 11:20 a.m. local time.
No injuries were reported. The crash caused damage to two operatories, which will require reconstruction and new equipment. The practice’s office manager said the practice will remain open by using two operatories located on the opposite side of the building.
