Connecticut dentist dies in plane crash

A Connecticut dentist was pronounced dead after a plane crash in Deep River, Conn., according to Connecticut State Police.  

CSP said in a news release that officials responded to a report of a small glider that crashed into the woods at approximately 4:15 p.m. on March 14. 

The pilot was identified as Bradley Daar, DDS. Dr. Daar was transported to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead. 

CSP is currently investigating the crash. 

Dr. Daar practiced at Shoreline Modern Dental Group in Old Saybrook, Conn.
