Ms. Caminos had her license suspended by the commission due to failure to respond. To petition for reinstatement, Ms. Caminos must respond to the letter of operation stemming from fraud and drug diversion allegations, according to a Jan. 12 news release from the Washington State Department of Health.

In addition, Ms. Caminos must follow her monitoring program contract from 2022 to petition the commission for reinstatement.
