The previous owner, Olurotimi Odimayo, DMD, practiced at the location for 20 years.

Renovations to expand the operating rooms and create an additional one, update the reception area and bring in new dentistry technology began June 5.

Dr. Lavasseur will take over Dr. Odimayo’s patients as well as new patients and have the practice open four days each week.

The practice is one of three general dentistry practices in Presque Isle and has a reopening planned for the middle of August, the report said.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place September 14-15 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
