3. New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Premier Care Dental Management acquired Great Smiles Family Dentistry, Laskey Dental Care and Blank Dental Group.
4. Troy, Mich.-based Smile Partners USA expanded into Ohio, its sixth market, in January.
5. Chicago-based Phase 1 Equity added a multi-site orthodontic practice in Ohio, bringing its network to 26 locations.
6. Houston-based Specialty1 Partners completed a multispecialty joint venture between two practices in Ohio.
7. Ohio dentist Steve Burke, DDS, retired after 30 years in the dental industry.
