New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Premier Care Dental Management has acquired Laskey Dental Care, a practice in Toledo, Ohio.
The practice is led by Shahid Mahmood, DDS, and Nadeem Khan, DDS, according to a Jan. 12 news release from the organization.
With the addition, Premier Care Dental Management has a network of 10 general dentistry offices and one endodontic specialty office in Ohio. The dental clinical organization also acquired Great Smiles Family Dentistry earlier this year.
Premier Care Dental Management supports practices in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Rhode Island, the release said.
