Andrew Kelly, DDS, who operates the Dental Center of the Carolinas, is accused of performing negligent care for at least 18 years, including lying to patients and performing sedation dentistry without a permit, according to WFMY

Dr. Kelly’s license was revoked May 1. The board’s report cited multiple violations and a “lengthy and extensive disciplinary history.”

The state board barred Dr. Kelly from operating his practice, which has locations in Winston-Salem and Greensboro, N.C. The decision was upheld following the judge’s decision, the report said.
