The building in which the office resides previously housed two businesses — a dental office on one side and retailers on the other. The location is now fully a dental office with 12 treatment rooms, a dental laboratory, an oral surgery suite and an orthodontist suite, the report said.
Planning of the renovations took five years, and construction started in February 2022.
The practice, led by Ibrahim Jarjoura, DDS, also has a second location in Flint, Mich.
The renovated office has three dentists and is expecting to add two more this summer. Dental Care Team has 32 total staff members between the two locations, according to the report.
