Minnesota dentist retiring, son to take over practice

Jeff Fordice, DDS, of Fairmont, Minn., is set to retire after more than 40 years in the dental industry, according to a March 14 report from Fairmont Sentinel.

Dr. Fordice opened his practice, Birch Street Dentistry, in 1984 and has cared for about 4,000 patients throughout his career. 

His son, Daniel Fordice, DMD, joined the practice full-time in 2020 and will take over following Dr. Jeff Fordice’s retirement.
