A New York woman was recently charged with running an illegal dental practice inside of a house, dailyvoice.com reported March 13.
Yolany Mejia Carranza, 55, was arrested after detectives executed a search warrant at a home in Huntington, N.Y., and discovered a fully functioning dental office. Investigators also believe Ms. Carranza operated an unlicensed dental practice at a second address in Huntington.
Ms. Carranza was charged with three counts of unauthorized practice of a profession.
