The state dental board conducted an investigation after receiving multiple complaints, some dating back more than 10 years, about Albert Bozart, DDS, of Wilmington, N.C.-based Bozart Family Dentistry.
The board found, in one case, Dr. Bozart overfilled the canal of a patient’s tooth during a root canal. Another patient claimed Dr. Bozart left decay in a tooth after filling it.
